Terms of service

These terms apply to businesses that use PIP Links, operated by PIP Iowa City.

Acceptable use

You may not use PIP Links to link to phishing pages, malware, scams, illegal content, or anything that impersonates another person or business. We review links, and we may turn off links or accounts that break these rules, without notice where people could be harmed.

Your data and your clients

You're responsible for having the right to use the mailing lists and contact information you upload, and for how you use the results. Your clients' portal access is read-only and limited to the brands you assign them.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. If you sign up online, your card is charged when you sign up and on the same date each month (sign-ups on the 29th to 31st renew on the 1st). Each plan includes a number of links/codes per month; scans are unlimited. Upgrades take effect right away and the new price starts with your next monthly charge. Downgrades take effect at your next monthly charge. You can cancel any time; you won't be charged again, your account stays open until the end of the month you paid for, and printed codes keep working for a short period after that before they stop. We don't refund partial months. If a payment fails we'll email you; if it isn't fixed within the grace period, your codes and links are paused until it is. Card payments are processed by Authorize.net; we never see or store your full card number.

Availability

We work to keep the service fast and available, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll let account owners know about significant changes by email.
